721223tl It has been proved in a court of law that members of the infamous DRAM cartel (criminally convicted for price fixing crimes) have been stealing Rambus IP wholesale for almost a decade now, Hynix a prominent member of this criminal cartel has recently lost a three phase trial in which a Jury has ruled that Hynix has and still is willingly infringing numerous Rambus patents which are incorporated in most of its synchronous DRAM product offerings.
