DELL, please stop buying infringing DRAM from convicted criminals!!!
It has been proved in a court of law that members of the infamous DRAM cartel (criminally convicted for price fixing crimes) have been stealing Rambus IP wholesale for almost a decade now, Hynix a prominent member of this criminal cartel has recently lost a three phase trial in which a Jury has ruled that Hynix has and still is willingly infringing numerous Rambus patents which are incorporated in most of its synchronous DRAM product offerings.
Rambus is seeking injunctive relief from Judge Whyte and a hearing on this issue is set to take place on June the 24th, 2008 (02:00 PT) at the Northern District Court, San Jose, California.
